These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rakeml.com, RAKE ML materials and services, and the RAKE ML text messaging programs. By using the website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Website and Service Use

You may use the website and services only for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with site operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content through automated means without permission; misrepresent your identity; or use the services to violate another person's rights.

Information You Provide

You represent that information you submit is accurate, that you have authority to provide it, and that our handling of it for your request does not violate another person's rights. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

RAKE ML Text Messaging Programs

RAKE ML offers two independently selectable text programs. The informational program covers inquiries, requested assessments or reports, scheduling, and service updates. The promotional and marketing program covers RAKE ML products, services, offers, events, and company news.

• Separate opt-ins: The website presents two distinct, optional checkboxes—one for informational and request-related texts and another for promotional and marketing texts. Neither checkbox is preselected.
• Independent choice: You may choose either program, both programs, or neither. Selecting one program does not enroll you in the other.
• Informational consent: By selecting the informational checkbox and submitting your mobile number, you authorize recurring automated informational texts within that program's scope.
• Marketing consent: By separately selecting the promotional and marketing checkbox and submitting your mobile number, you authorize recurring automated promotional and marketing texts within that program's scope.
• Optional consent: Each choice is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency: Across the text programs you select, message frequency varies; approximately 5–10 messages per opted-in user per month total.
• Charges: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel texts from the sending number. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. No further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP for help or email rortega@rakeml.com.
• Delivery: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message availability and delivery depend on your carrier and network.
• Privacy: We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Informational Content; No Professional Advice

Website content and preliminary outputs are provided for general informational and business-evaluation purposes. They are not legal, engineering, insurance, appraisal, investment, or other professional advice and do not replace inspections, professional judgment, policy language, or transaction-specific diligence.

Intellectual Property

The website, branding, software, models, designs, text, graphics, and other RAKE ML materials are owned by RAKE ML or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The website may link to or integrate with services operated by others. RAKE ML does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.

RAKE ML disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
