RAKE ML ("RAKE ML," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through rakeml.com and our communications, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you choose to provide, including:

• your name, work email address, mobile phone number, company, role, and inquiry details;
• property, portfolio, or business information you include in a request; and
• your communication preferences, including your separate choices for informational texts and promotional or marketing texts.

We may also receive limited technical data needed to operate and protect the site, such as device and browser details, referring pages, approximate location derived from an IP address, and security-event information.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• respond to inquiries and provide requested reports, assessments, and walkthroughs;
• operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website and services;
• send informational or request-related texts when you opt in to that text program;
• send promotional or marketing texts only when you independently opt in to that separate text program;
• comply with law and enforce our agreements; and
• protect RAKE ML, our users, and others from fraud, abuse, or security threats.

Mobile Numbers and SMS Opt-In Data

RAKE ML does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may disclose mobile information only to service providers that help us deliver and support our text-messaging program—such as messaging platform providers, aggregators, and mobile carriers—or when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security. Those providers may use the information only to perform services for RAKE ML. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any other third parties.

Text Message Programs and Disclosures

RAKE ML offers two separate, optional text programs: (1) informational and request-related texts about your inquiry, requested assessments or reports, scheduling, and service updates; and (2) promotional and marketing texts about RAKE ML products, services, offers, events, and company news.

The website presents a distinct, unchecked checkbox for each program. You may choose either program, both programs, or neither. Selecting one program does not enroll you in the other. Each choice is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

If you voluntarily opt in to one or both programs, RAKE ML may send recurring automated texts covered only by the choice or choices you selected to the mobile number you provided. Across the text programs you select, message frequency varies; approximately 5–10 messages per opted-in user per month total. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. How We Disclose Other Information

We may disclose non-mobile personal information to vendors that provide hosting, security, analytics, communications, and other operational services on our behalf; in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets; when required by law; or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information for money.

Cookies, Analytics, and Security Tools

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage and Cloudflare Turnstile to detect abusive traffic. These services may process limited technical information as necessary to provide analytics and security functionality. Your browser settings may allow you to control cookies, although necessary security features may not work properly if they are blocked.

Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution needs. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Your Choices and Rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or object to certain uses, subject to applicable law. You can opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe method in the message. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for messaging assistance.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above.
